5 Flower remedy

Dr Bach originally called Rock Rose the ‘rescue remedy’. ‘The remedy of emergency for cases where there even appears no hope … Other remedies in addition may also be required…’ (The Twelve Healers 1936).

This later became the 5 Flower formulation, also including Clematis, Cherry Plum, Impatiens and Star of Bethlehem.

It can be regarded as a single remedy and added with others to make individual dosage combination Bach remedies.

These remedies are at stock concentrate and are designed to be diluted before use.

5 Flower cream

5 Flower cream is for external application. It contains the same essences as 5 Flower remedy,with Crab Apple for cleansing. The plant essences are added to the unique Healing Herbs cream formula.

5 Flower granules

These new additions to the 5 Flower family offer added convenience for stressful situations where you need to access the benefits with least delay.

The granules consist of a sucrose base which has been twice infused with 5 Flower essence, creating a remedy base that is completely non-alcoholic.

Granules are at dosage strength so can be used directly from the bottle. Take a few granules at a time, as required. Alternatively they can be dissolved in water and sipped gently, over time, in the normal way.
