The Second Nineteen remedies are prepared with the boiling method.
Boiling method remedies are made by filling a clean enamel pan three-quarters full of flowers and stems. A litre of spring water covers them and they are simmered for thirty minutes.
When the essence is ready we remove the flowers using a twig from the same plant. The contents are filtered.
Bach used the intensity of the boiling method as a mirror to the intensity of the emotional states within the Second Nineteen remedies.
